Au Nouvel Hotel Toulon, Toulon

I had a pretty disappointing stay at this hotel. The lack of hot water throughout my visit was frustrating, and the air conditioning was not only noisy but also gave off an unpleasant smell. On the brighter side, the room was clean, and I was able to reach the city center without much hassle. However, I really couldn't relax due to the disturbances from neighboring rooms.
